Return Policy

• Handmade items: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not allow for returns but will happily refund any order if you are not satisfied or if it arrives damaged.
• Professional products: All sales are final.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a handmade item, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
